You boys played hard! You should all be very proud of yourselves & your teammates! The coaches are proud of the effort you put in and proud of the growth you've made since the first day of practice! Keep up the hard work boys!!!

Giovanni Williams and Ethan Knipfer

The Seahawks took an early first quarter lead against the Bears Saturday. RB Luke Eidsor had a 60+ yard run on the first drive allowing Ethan Knipfer to run in for an easy score on the next play. QB Ethan Knipfer then ran a 70+ yard touchdown on the next offensive series to take a 12-0 lead. A turnover in the second quarter gave the Bears good field position and allowed them to narrow the Seahawks lead 12-6. During the second half the Seahawks had a hard time moving the football offensively  and missed tackles on defense that cost them the lead. With less than a minute left, Gabe Bowers recovers a fumble giving the Seahawks one last chance to score and tie the game. Unfortunately the time ran out and the Seahawks were defeated 12-19. DT Giovanni Williams lead the defense with help from LB Casey Stehlik who made some key tackles.
